There was an age of enlightenment in the 18th century, sometimes called the Age of Reason, in which a vaccine was invented to battle a deadly disease, smallpox. It will be noted for its indifference to the health of its citizens and it will be noted for its dereliction of duty in protecting its citizens, especially its children. Instead it will be noted how illogical and unthinking its approach to the pandemic was when it passed laws to forbid companies and various entities from requiring life-saving masks and vaccinations. Tennessee will not be praised for its ability to think, understand and form judgments logically.
